エジプトカモミール

I've been swapping my evening coffee for this, and the floral flavor is so light it doesn't need any sweetener. Whole dried flowers instead of dusty tea bags makes a noticeable difference in the cup.

The aroma alone is enough to make me exhale—so floral and soft, exactly what I need after dinner. Steeped for five minutes, it’s naturally sweet without any caffeine jolt, and the flowers are so plump and fresh from the Nile Valley. I’ve already made it part of my nightly wind-down ritual.

The smell alone when the hot water hits these flowers is like a deep breath after a long day. I've been sipping it after dinner for a week now and it's genuinely the most calming, caffeine-free way to wind down, with a soft floral taste that isn't too weak or too perfumy.
