The cardamom and cinnamon come through so clearly that I barely need the sugar, though a splash of cream makes it feel like a proper treat. Steeping a cup on cold mornings has basically replaced my coffee.

I was worried the clove would overpower everything, but it's actually pretty subtle against the cinnamon. A splash of cream and a little sugar and it's my new afternoon ritual, even with only 30-35 mg of caffeine.
