Seans blanding

I drink this every evening now because the low caffeine means it doesn't keep me up, and the jasmine pearls give it this soft floral note that lingers after the mint fades. Genuinely the smoothest white tea blend I've tried.

I brew this before bed because the jasmine and silver needle are calming without the jolt—only about 5-10 mg per cup, so it doesn't keep me up. The dragon pearls unfurl slowly, which makes the second steep just as fragrant as the first.

The peppermint gives it a cool, refreshing kick that pairs beautifully with the softness of the silver needle and jasmine. I love that it’s only 5-10 mg of caffeine, so I can sip it in the evening without lying awake. This blend has become my go-to wind-down cup.
