伯爵奶油紅茶

I was worried the bergamot would be too sharp, but the vanilla smooths it into something almost dessert-like. Steeped it four minutes and it stayed mellow without going bitter.

The vanilla rounds off the bergamot so nicely, it doesn't have that sharp bitterness some Earl Greys get. I've been drinking it plain every afternoon and it's smooth enough that I stopped adding sugar.

I was a little worried the bergamot would get lost, but the orange oil comes through bright and clean, with the creamy vanilla mellowing it all out to a really smooth finish. It brews up a gorgeous amber cup that I look forward to every afternoon.
