The basket lets my leaves open up way more than a tea bag ever did, and the lid actually keeps the water hot while it steeps. I also flip the lid over to rest the basket on the counter after, so no drips on the table.

I switched from a metal ball infuser and this basket holds so much more leaf, so my tea actually tastes fuller. The lid flipping over to catch drips keeps my counter clean, which I didn't know I needed until now.

The lid doubling as a resting spot for the basket is genius—no more dripping tea across the counter when I grab another cup. It holds the heat in nicely during the steep, and cleanup took seconds under the tap.
