Storia

Questo tè bianco viene coltivato sulla famosa cima della montagna dove i monaci del storico monastero buddista di Drum Mountain coltivavano i loro tè per secoli. Sir Robert Fortune, l'eccentrico esploratore inglese del tè, visitò la montagna a metà del XIX secolo e lodò questo tè.
