테아비타

The floral scent hits you before you even take a sip, and it settles into this gentle citrus taste that's perfect for winding down. I usually brew a cup after dinner instead of reaching for dessert, and it's become the calmest part of my night.

I've been drinking this every evening instead of my usual tea, and the citrus taste is what keeps me coming back — bright but not sharp. The floral aroma is subtle enough that it doesn't feel like I'm sipping perfume, which was my worry. Two weeks in and my wind-down routine actually feels calmer.

That floral note hits you right when you open the bag, and then the citrus really does settle in smooth and mellow. It's become my go-to for winding down after work, just that little ritual of brewing a cup and feeling my shoulders drop.
