감기 완화 티

I've been drinking this every morning since the first sniffle hit our house, and so far I'm the only one still standing. The rooibos keeps it from getting bitter if I forget and let it steep too long, and the rose petals make it feel a little fancy for a Tuesday.

The floral notes from the marigold and blue mallow are so delicate against the citrus kick, it genuinely tastes like a fancy spa drink. I brewed a big mug when I felt a cold coming on and the warmth plus the rooibos sweetness was incredibly comforting.

I’ve been sipping this blend every evening since it arrived, and the rooibos base makes it soothing enough for right before bed. The rose petals and blue mallow flower give it a gentle, floral finish that lingers nicely. It’s become my go-to when I feel a cold creeping in.
