I usually find white tea too subtle, but the ginger here gives it just enough backbone without drowning out the lemon aroma. Steeped it about three minutes and it stayed smooth, no bitterness at all.

The lemon hits first, bright and almost citrus-peel sharp, then the ginger settles in behind it without overpowering the white tea. I've been drinking it iced in the afternoons and the ginger keeps it from tasting too thin.
