Steeped this at 175°F for about a minute and got almost no bitterness, just a clean grassy sweetness that lingers a bit. The 25-30mg of caffeine per cup is perfect for my afternoon slump without wrecking my sleep.

The aroma when I open the bag is honestly the best part, grassy and a little sweet. Flavor stays delicate even if I steep it a bit long, no harsh bitterness. Nice gentle lift without the jitters of coffee.

The aroma alone is worth it — rich and grassy without being bitter, exactly what I hoped for. Brewed a cup this afternoon and that delicate flavor carried through every sip, plus the 25-30 mg caffeine gave me a gentle lift without any jitters.
