The jasmine scent is genuinely layered, not that fake perfume-y thing you get with cheap jasmine green. I've been brewing it at 175°F and the pearls unfurl into full leaves by the third steep. Worth the price for how many cups I get out of a small scoop.

I watched the little hand-rolled pearls slowly unfurl in my glass teapot, and the scent filled the whole kitchen before I even took a sip. Eight or ten rounds of jasmine scenting really comes through — it's floral without turning soapy, and I've already ordered a second tin.

The jasmine perfume is unbelievably lush without tasting artificial, and it lingers long after the cup is empty. Watching each little pearl slowly unfurl into whole leaves is honestly the most meditative part of my evening.
