Rooibos Provence

The dried black currants give this a tart little kick that keeps it from tasting flat like other rooibos I've had. I've been drinking it iced in the afternoons and the floral rosehip note still comes through. Genuinely surprised how much I look forward to this cup.

I was expecting plain rooibos and got this gentle rosehip thing instead — the floral note hits first, then it settles into something faintly fruity. Steeped it five minutes and it stayed smooth without going bitter, which is more than I can say for most herbal blends I've tried.

The black currants give it a subtle sweetness that rounds out the floral rooibos beautifully, and the dry leaves smell like a summer garden before you even brew. I've been reaching for this mug every afternoon since the box arrived.
