覆盆子薄荷

Iced with a squeeze of lime, this is my new go-to for summer afternoons — the tart raspberry leaves come through nicely without the peppermint overpowering everything. Steeped five minutes and it's still smooth, not bitter at all.

I've been brewing this hot on cold nights and it's so soothing, the raspberry leaves give it this slightly tart finish that I really like. Iced in summer it's just as good, though I do wish the tartness came through a bit more when it's chilled.

The peppermint and spearmint blend together smoothly, and that tart raspberry bite keeps it from ever feeling flat. I’ve been drinking it hot most evenings, but I grabbed a leftover cup over ice this afternoon and it was just as good.
