草莓奇異果

I wasn't expecting much from a strawberry kiwi herbal blend, but the tartness really comes through on the first sip. I added a few amber sugar crystals like the description suggested and it mellowed into a perfect iced tea for hot afternoons. Already on my second tin.

I brewed this hot first and it was way too tart for me, but over ice with a pinch of amber sugar crystals it turns into the perfect sweet-tart afternoon drink. Been making a pitcher every few days since.

The tart kick hits right away, which I loved, but it’s a bit much on its own. Once I stirred in the amber sugar crystals as suggested, it turned into a genuinely refreshing iced tea for warm afternoons.
